HOW DO I SCHEDULE OR RE-CONFIRM A PICTURE DAY
I HAVE SCHEDULED A PICTURE DAY. WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
WHEN ARE CLASS ROSTERS DUE?
Class rosters are due three weeks before your Picture Day. We need the child's first/ last name and parent emails.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A STUDENT WHEN SUBMITTING MY CLASS ROSTERS?
No problem! Inform your photographer on Picture Day and they will make sure to add the child(ren).
WHAT IS THE AGE RANGE OF CHILDREN YOU PHOTOGRAPH?
We specialize in preschool photography. 5 weeks to 6 yrs old.
DO YOU OFFER FAMILY PORTRAITS?
We can photograph any family member in your center, including staff members with their children, siblings, etc.
HOW MANY BACKGROUNDS/POSES ARE OFFERED?
We offer multiple backgrounds and poses as well as class pictures.
HOW LONG DOES A PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION LAST?
We try to limit to mornings when children are fresh. However, centers with a large amount of children may require multiple photography dates.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR PHOTOS TO ARRIVE?
Photos will arrive approximately 1 week after you place an order. A tracking number will be provided to you at checkout!
CAN I HAVE SIBLINGS PHOTOGRAPHED TOGETHER AND SEPARATELY?
Of course! Yes, we photograph siblings. Please request this to your child's teacher on Picture Day.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE PICTURES?
Ordering pictures is 100% online and you can do it in the comfort of your own home and even on your cell phone.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DIGITAL IMAGES?
Your digital images will be emailed to you within minutes of your purchase.
